Galvanised Cable Drums Support Systems

Galvanised cable drums refer to the round shaped object that serves s a spool for carrying different kinds of wires. They are primarily used for transporting electric cables and other wire products to several areas or locations. When transferring these cable drums, a support system is highly recommended. Several cable drum frames and stands act as support and are widely available depending on the size of the drum that it will carry. Some frame models can carry small drums to up to 100 kilograms while other models are large enough to support ton-sized drums.

The cable drum frames are usually made from durable materials that are galvanized finish to withstand the roughest environments. For some models, large pneumatic wheels are added to the design for easy manoeuvring on rough surfaces. The drum frames and stands may be customized depending on the requirement of the user.
